Apple-icious Pork Tendeloins (Crockpot)

2 pork tenderloins (1 1/2 to 2 lbs total)
1 large onion, halved and cut in 1/4-inch slices
2 apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons apple jelly
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in the crockpot (brown pork if desired);
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.

Serves 4 to 6
