Apricot Kugel

This is an excellent Noodle Pudding Dessert. Different than most desserts.

1 pkg (8 oz) fine egg noodles
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 c apricot nectar
3/4 stick butter, melted
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c sugar

Prepare noodles according to pkg directions. In large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Gently mix in the noodles and pour into a buttered 8"x8" glass baking dish.

1 1/2 c corn flakes
3/4 stick butter - melted
1/4 c. sugar

Crush corn flakes and mix in the melted butter and sugar. Sprinkle on top of noodle mixture. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.

To freeze: Cool kugel, cut in quarters and freeze. When partially thawed, cut into individual servings and microwave for 5 minutes.
