Arby’s Pepperoni Roast Beef Specialty Sandwich

1 heaping tablespoon of creamy horseradish sauce (sold in a jar.)
1 heaping tablespoon of Real Mayonnaise
1/2 lb. of thin sliced roast beef sandwich meat, sliced at a Deli
8 extra-thin slices of pepperoni sandwich meat, sliced at a Deli
4 fresh sesame buns (large size)
4 teaspoon Kraft Cheez Whiz

Let buns and pepperoni reach room temperature.

To make the sauce, mix 1 heaping tablespoon Real Mayonnaise with 1 heaping tablespoon Creamy Horseradish Sauce.

Using a large enough frying pan, add 1/3 cup water and a small pinch of salt to the pan, heat on low until water starts to steam. Add roast beef to pan, gently steam roast beef until 90% of the water evaporates.

Add a few drops of water to the Cheez Whiz to thin it, stir (you may have to heat it in a microwave oven a few seconds so it will spread easily.) Spread 1 teaspoon Cheez Whiz on the bottom inside half of each bun, as if buttering toast then add 2 oz. warm roast beef, 2 thin slices of pepperoni, and lastly, spread 1-1/2 teaspoon of sauce on the top inside half of the sesame bun and place it over meat.
