ARTHRITIS RUB
Ingredients:
1 pt. rubbing alcohol
1 oz. spirits of peppermint
1 oz. olive oil
1 oz. wintergreen
1 oz. witch hazel
1 oz. pine oil
50 menthol crystals
Mix well, then store in a tightly covered glass jar. Rub on affected
areas.
