Artichoke Lemon Pesto Appetizer Dip Recipe1 6oz jar of
Artichoke Lemon Pesto
1/4 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. + 1 T. Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except: 1 T. cheese together …blend well…
Place mixture into a baking dish…evenly sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese bakes into a golden crust.
Serves 6-8. Have fun- try adding crab- spinach- or chopped shrimp!
