Asparagus Brown Rice Oriental Medley

2 tsp vegetable oil
2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) frozen asparagus cuts and tips, thawed, drained
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
2 cups cooked brown rice
2 Tbs lite soy sauce

  1. Heat oil in large non-stick frypan or wok over medium heat.

  2. Add asparagus and vegetables.

  3. Cook and stir 2 minutes.

  4. Add rice and soy sauce.

  5. Continue cooking and stirring 2 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated.

  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
