Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese
1 pound asparagus
1 clove garlic, minced
1 package (3 tablespoons) Butter BudsÂ®
1 package (1 teaspoon) chicken bouillon granules
Â¼ cup water
Â¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Peel stems of asparagus with a vegetable peeler, then cut off any remaining tough ends. Place asparagus in a large skillet with garlic, Butter BudsÂ®, chicken bouillon granules and water. Cover and simmer asparagus for 3 to 5 minutes, until just tender. Turn asparagus over gently to coat in garlic-butter sauce in pan. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
