Avocado Burger

Avocado Burger

Yield: 24 servings

2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. Salt
1 T. Pepper
5 lbs. Lean ground beef
8 Onions, sliced
8 Tomatoes, sliced
6 Avocados, seeded, peeled and mashed
24 Sesame burger buns

  1. Combine Worcestershire, salt and pepper and ground beef.
  2. Scale into 5 oz. portions. Shape into patties. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  3. Broil, grill or pan fry to desired doneness.
  4. Serve on bun with lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onion.
  5. Place approximately 2 oz. of Avocado on top of each patty.
