Avocado Crab Dip
Prep time: 10 minutes
Servings: Makes 6 cups servings
4 small avocados, peeled, seeded, and mashed
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tablespoons ReaLemon® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 ounces fresh lump crabmeat, drained, or 1 (6-ounce) can lump crabmeat, drained
Stir together first 10 ingredients. Stir in crabmeat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve with crackers or chips.
