This is a wonderful cold soup made in seconds.
1 to 2 ripe avocados
few drops of onion juice
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
salt and freshly ground pepper
Wash and peel enough avocado to make 1 cup.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, or mash the avocado and beat with the other ingredients until smooth and well blended.
Store mixture in a covered jar in refrigerator until chilled.
Correct seasonings and top each serving with sprinkling of paprika.
