Back End Up Front Salsa

3 long green Anaheim peppers
2 fresh yellow peppers
2 jalapeño peppers
1 serrano pepper
6 or more medium tomatoes
2 green onions
1 garlic clove, minced

Chop and mix all of the above

Add:
¾ avocado
1 tablespoons Rice vinegar
1 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Olive oil
¼ to ½ cup Minced Fresh cilantro to taste

Optional:
tomato juice or cucumber
