Bacon & Cheese Burger


Makes 4 burgers

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup chopped crisp-cooked bacon (about 4 pieces)

Combine all ingredients; shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil until done.

Serve on large toasted kaiser rolls or egg rolls with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and pickle!
