bacon wrapped stuffed pork chops

4 thick cut boneless pork chops
8 slices peppered bacon
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 pound asiago cheese cut into slices
1 bunch green onions

Butterfly each pork chop. Open them up and place a few pepper strips, a green onion a few slices of asiago cheese in each. Roll them up and wrap each in two strips of bacon. Wrap each chop in tin foil and bake in the oven at 350° for an hour and fifteen minutes
