Bailey’s Irish Cream

1 2/3 C Whiskey
1 pint whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp instant coffee granules
1 tsp almond extract
2 Tbls chocolate syrup

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process for 30 seconds. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.

Making this for Christmas for a friend whose wife says has to start drinking the creamers as the real stuff is too expensive! Can it be used immediately or does it have to sit for a week or two? I make Kahlua regularly and it has to sit a couple weeks.

It can be used immediately, but I prefer to let it sit overnight in the frig.
