Baked Beans

2 Tbsp butter
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced green bell pepper
3 (16-oz) cans baked beans
3 (16-oz) cans butter beans
3 (16-oz) cans kidney beans
1 Tbsp mustard
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp garlic salt
1 pound kielbasa, hot dogs or fried bacon, cut in 1 -inch pieces


Heat the butter in a skillet; sauté the celery, onion and bell pepper. Place in a slow cooker with the remaining ingredients. Cover, and cook on low for 6 hours; medium for 4 hours; or high for 3 hours.
