BAKED CHEDDAR POTATO SLICES
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. pepper
4 medium baking potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
In small bowl, combine soup, paprika and pepper. Arrange potatoes in greased 2-qt. oblong baking dish, overlapping in rows. Sprinkle with cheese; sppon soup mixture over cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake 400* F. 45 minutes, uncover, bake additional 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
