Baked Chicken with Lemon, Garlic and Parmesan

1 whole chicken, about 3-1/2 pounds, cut up into serving pieces
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, preferably unsalted
6 large cloves garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 medium lemon
1/2 cup plain cracker crumbs
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Combine butter, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in small saucepan and melt over medium-high heat. (Can be melted in microwave on high heat.) Remove from heat. Combine cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese in bowl or plastic bag. Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture. Roll or shake in cracker crumb mixture. Place in baking dish. Pour remaining butter mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes or until chicken is tender and browned
