Baked Cocktail Tomatoes

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 pint ripe grape or cocktail tomatoes
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400*F.

Combine oil ans seasonings and swish tomatoes around in mixture in baking dish, sprinkle with basil, bake for 3 minutes on one side and turn over and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
