Baked Ham in Sour Cream
Yield: Serves 4

* 1 slice ham, 1 inch thick
* 1 teaspoon dry mustard
* 1 cup sour cream

Soak the ham in lukewarm water about 1 hour. Drain and sprinkle it with mustard. Arrange it in a baking dish and cover with sour cream. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven until tender, about an hour. (If ham has been precooked, soaking will not be necessary.)

Never mind. you fail to answer properly as to what the sour cream does to the ham and how it affects the taste. I’ll just move on elsewhere
