Baked Honey Custard

BAKED HONEY CUSTARD

4 eggs
½ cup honey
2½ cups milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon almond extract

Beat egg just enough to blend. Stir in honey, milk, salt, and extract. Mix well Pour into ungreased baking dish. Bake at 350° until silver knife comes clean. Serve chilled. Serves 8.
