Baked Italian Zuchinni

2 Medium Zuchinni sliced
1 Medium Onion, sliced
1 Tomato sliced
1 ts Oregano
1/2 ts basil
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 c Tomato Sauce
1 c Buttered Bread cubes
1/2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese

Layer zuchinni, onion and tomato slices in a 1 qt casserole dish. Season each layer with seasonings and the salt and pepper. Pour the tomato sauce to barely cover the vegetables and cover and bake at 350F for 45 mins. Uncover and top with the bread cubes and parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for a further 10 min.
