Baked Mashed Potatoes

BAKED MASHED POTATOES

6 medium potatoes, pared, cooked and drained
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese
3 tablespoons butter
Paprika (used on top)

Mash potatoes. Add seasonings, cream cheese, sour cream, and mix. Taste to check seasoning. Put into a buttered 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.

(This freezes well, defrost before baking.)
