Baked Parmesan Chicken Breasts

1/4 Stick Butter Melted; Add 1 T. Dry Mustard - (one Bowl)

1/2 C. Grated Parmesan, 3/4 C. Dry Bread Crumbs - Unseasoned, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Parsley, Basil - (second Bowl)

Dip Breasts In Butter, Then In Crumbs - Coat Well.

Place In Lightly Greased (or Sprayed) Baking Dish - 350* F. Until Done.

Tossed Green Salad - Iceberg, Romaine, Tomatoes, Seasoned Croutons, Olive Oil And Wine Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Basil

Baked Potatoes Skins, Topped With Sour Cream, Butter And Crisp Fried Bacon

DESSERT: PINEAPPLE ANGEL FOOD CAKE

AND LOTS OF HOT CHOCOLATE TO WATCH A MAJOR SNOWSTORM WITH!!!
