1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste

We already have fesh maters! Gonna do this one tonight with grilled pork chops. Any idea how long to grill? Til fork teder like I would any mater? Parm melts slower on a grill to me.
Wow, that’s great you have fresh tomatoes already. They really don’t have to bake very long…have you tried mozzerella cheese instead?

I love any cheese. One of my favorite ways to grill tomatoes is fresh minced garlic and Feta cheese crumbled on top! Yumm! I never added the oregano til last night! My 2 1/2 yo Grandson devoured them! I barely got one! I am in west central Alabama and started the plants indoors early! Just got our 1st 4 off ripe. I tend to get stuck on garlic as it’s one of my favorite seasonings. Very nice change, thanks again!
