BAKED SALMON with Tomatoes, Spinach & Mushrooms

4 salmon fillits (4 oz. each)
2 c. chopped fresh spinach
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/3 c. Kraft Special Collection Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing

Place salmon fillets, skin sides down, in 13 x 9-in. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Mix remaining ingredients until well blended; spoon over salmon.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min. or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
