2 small yellow squash, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 large tomato, peeled and cut into wedges
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 T. olive oil
1 tsp. dried basil
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350ÂºF. Combine vegetables, oil and basil in a
1 1/4-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
