I’m trying to find a good white style cake recipe that clones the bakery ones. I make the Betty Crocker from box kind and they’re not as dense as a bakery cake. I live at a 5800 altitude so cakes are never fun and I’d love to master a really dense spongy like cake. Any suggestions?[/b]
