Banana Cake With Toffee Topping

1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup butter (at room temp.)
2 Eggs
1 cup Mashed Banana’s (about 3)
3 Tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla

TOPPING:
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Skor Toffee Bits

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.

In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt until well mixed.

Beat butter with sugar on medium-high speed in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time until blended.

Stir baking soda into banana mixture until disolved. Beat banana mixture, milk and vanilla into butter mixture. Reduce speed to low and beat in flour mixture. Place in pan, bake in centre of oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in it comes out clean.

Remove cake from oven when done and immediately sprinkle with choc. chips and toffee bits…
