Banana Cream Pizza

1 12-inch Pizza Crust
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 3-oz. package banana pudding mix
4 bananas, sliced

Garnish
1 cup whipped cream
English toffee bits

Preheat oven to 350

Place crust on a vented pizza pan or large baking sheet. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, butter and pecans; sprinkle mixture evenly over the crust. Bake 15 minutes, remove from oven and cool completely.

Prepare pudding mix according to package directions and refrigerate until needed. Arrange banana slices over the crust, spoon prepared pudding over bananas. Top with whipped cream and toffee bits.

Yields 8 slices.
