Barbecued Muffins


1 tube (10 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
3 T. light brown, sugar, firmly packed
1 T. cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Separate dough into 10 biscuits and flatten each into a 5-inch circle. Press each circle into bottom and up sides of greased muffin tins.

Brown and drain beef. Add ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder; mix well. Divide between muffin cups. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 375* F. 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
