3/4 c. barley
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 t. instant beef bouillon
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sliced canned mushrooms
Mix all ingredients together in a 1 1/2 qt.
casserole. Cover and bake in a 400°
oven for 60 min., or until liquid is
absorbed and barley is tender. Makes
4 to 6 servings.
