BBQ pork steaks yesterday/today -

We’ve gone from COLD weather to HOT!! Four days ago we needed the furnace - now it’s too hot to cook!

So it’s the crockpot to the rescue! For yesterday -

A light drizzle of olive oil, sliced vidalia onions, seasoned pork steaks and BBQ sauce. Served with a side salad.

Today - tuna panini (made on George Forman) - hoagies, tuna salad, vidalia onions, white American cheese, tomatoes, sliced sweet midgies - served with salad: sliced beets, chickpeas, red kidney beans, vinaigrette.
