BEAN SALAD

Good for picnics as their is no mayonnaise in it.

BEAN SALAD

2-3 (15 oz) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup onion dices
1 cup sweet pickles, diced
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar (or Splenda)

Combine all ingredients; refrigerate to let flavors meld. Will keep, covered, in refrigerator for two or three days.
