Bean Tossed Salad
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, torn
1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 C. ranch style beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 med. tomato, chopped
1/2 C. onion, chopped
1/4 C. green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 to 1 C. corn chips
1/3 C. Catalina bottled dressing

In salad bowl, combine lettuce, cheese, beans, tomato, onion, and green pepper. Just before serving, add corn chips and salad dressing. Toss to coat. Yield: 8 servings.
