Medium mushrooms

Beef tenderloin

Skewers (metal or wooden)

Teriyaki Sauce

Soak wooden skewers. (6-inch)

Start with mushroom, tenderloin, onion and peppers, tenderloin, onion and peppers, tenderloin, onion, and peppers.

Grill to desired temperature, 135 for a nice med. rare, higher temp.

For medium to medium-well and higher for well done.

Brush with Teriyaki Sauce for the Polynesian flavor or you can use a nice Bordelaise sauce for more of a French dish.
