Beef Chili Dog Wraps

10 Rhodes Texas Rolls, thawed but still cold
10 Cheddar Cheese strips
10 Hot Dogs
1 can Chili without beans, brand of your choice

Thaw dough just until you can handle it. Flatten each roll into an 8-inch circle. Split hotdogs almost through down the center lenghtwise. Insert a strip of cheese in opening in hot dog. Place hot dog in center of 8-inch bread circle. Spoon on canned chili until can is evenly distributed on each hot dog. Pull dough up and around hot dog to form a bun. Pinch ends to seal and lay seam side down on cookie sheet you have sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. All ages of people love these. They may have some seepage if you didn’t get the seals tight, but thats okay, you can lift them off onto plates with a spatula. Makes 10 servings.

footnote: If you make these ahead, after you bake them, let them cool completely. Wrap each one separately in plastic wrap twisting ends to seal. Place in a gallon freezer bag and freeze until needed. These are great for parties or for kids to have when they come home from school. Use your imagination.
