Beef Mushroom Casserole

2 lb. beef cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
1 can French Onion Soup
1/2 cup red cooking wine or apple juice or grape juice
Mix soup and wine (or juice); pour a alittle into bottom of crock pot or casserole dish. Next add meat. Let cook all day in crock pot or bake at 350 uncovered for 3 hours. during last 30 min. add mushrooms.
Nice over rice or noodles.
