Beef Spread

1/3 cup finely-chopped beef jerky (about 3 oz)
1 package cream cheese (8 oz) softened to room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
2 green onions finely chopped
2 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper or green pepper
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Mix beef, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, green pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Add black pepper to taste.

Let stand 1 hour for flavors to blend.
