Beef Steak (Asian style)

1 lb. beef tenderloin, sliced
6 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
5 cloves of garlic
1 onion, make it into rings
small piece (thumb small) of ginger
5 tbsp of oil (of your choice)


  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, pepper and garlic. Add the beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or longer for tastier beef).
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the beef in batches. Once you’re done frying all the beef, saute the onion.
  3. Add the beef and the remaining marinade and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with plain white rice.
