1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup finely chopped potatoes
1 cup water
1 can (14 oz.) baked beans
1/2 cup Original Barbecue Sauce
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add vegetables; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
STIR in water. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 10 min. or until vegetables are tender.
ADD beans and barbecue sauce; stir. Cook 5 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese.

1 pkg. (9 oz.) fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Cream Cheese, cubed
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 cup 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
COOK pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time.
MEANWHILE, cook tomatoes in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. Add cream cheese and seasoning; cook 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
DRAIN pasta mixture. Add to tomato mixture in skillet; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
