Beetroot ice-cream soda sorbet

Ingredients:

260g beetroot - remove skin, either grate to the smallest point or use the food processor for the same outcome.
1 cup ice cream soda
Condensed milk as needed (I used 2 tbsp)

Preparation:

Mix all the three ingredients together in a stainless steel bowl, whisk/beat for about 4-5 mins.
Off it goes into the freezer.
Once half frozen, bring out and whisk again for another 5 min’s or so.
Do the same for another 3 or 4 times.
That’s all it needs to make this sorbet.
