First time i’ve tried this:
Mexican Ribs
2# chuck ribs cut in pieces
1/2 large sweet onion
3 roma tomatoes diced
1/2 tsp cumin
2 serranos chopped (or to taste)

brown rins in oil or lard until brown add 1/2 c water cover and steam until water is gone. Add chili, tomato, onion and cumin saute over med high heated until turns to sauce. salt to taste.

serve with steamed rice
