Belle,s Cream De Menthe Delight

1 tsp. (1/3 envelope) unflavored gelatin
1 Tbsp. cold water
25 regular size marshmallow
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup cream de menthe
1 pint whipping cream, whipped
1 (5-1/2 oz.) can commercial chocolate syrup

Sprinkle gelatin over water. Dissolve marshmallows in milk in a double boiler over boiling water. Add gelatin to marshmallow and stir until dissolved, cool. Add cream de menthe and fold in whipped cream. pour into a bunt pan and chill overnight. When ready to serve, unmold cut into slices and spoon 1 or 2 tsp. chocolate syrup over each serving, Yield 12 servings
