Benihana Sake Martini Recipe

2 1/2 ounces gin or vodka
1/4 ounce sake
1/4 ounce Curacao

  1. Chill your Martini glass with ice for approximately three minutes.
  2. Pour all ingredients into an iced mixing glass.
  3. Stir 30 times with a bar spoon, or shake ten times.
  4. Pour the ice out of your Martini glass. Strain into glass. Serve.
