This one tastes like an ice cream drink with pureed strawberries on the bottom and chocolate sauce drizzled down the inside of the glass and is topped with whipped cream and a cherry. All I know is that it contains Godiva chocolate liquor, Disaronno Originale Amaretto, ice cream and strawberry puree, I just don’t know the quantities.
I do not usually drink alcoholic beverages, but this one is just AWESOME! I order one everytime my husband and I eat at Bennigan’s and would like to be able to make it at home. Does anyone have this recipe? If not I may have to resort to calling up my local Bennigan’s and seeing if they will give it to me over the phone. I’ve searched extensively on the internet for it, but what I have found is varying degrees of a recipe and am not sure if they are authentic. Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!
