Berried Delight
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
Combine above & press firmly in bottom of 9x13" pan. Chill.
Filling
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbls milk
3 1/2 cups Cool Whip
2 pints strawberries, hulled & halved
2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cups cold milk
Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tbls. milk until smooth.
Fold in 1/2 of whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange strawberries in even layer.
Using 3-1/2 cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on pkg.
Pour over berries. Chill several hours or overnight. Shortly before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired. Chill.
