Chicken wings, or chicken breasts (cut into smaller pieces)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
Place chicken in a lightly sprayed shallow dish.
Melt rest of ingredients in a saucepan and slightly cool.
Pour over chicken and marinate for 2 hours - turning a few times during.
Drain off half of the liquid and bake at 375* for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
