Black And White Cheesecake Bars

Crust:
12 oz chocolate chips
1/2 c butter
2 c graham cracker crumbs
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese – softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 F. In medium saucepan, over very low heat or in microwave melt chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Reserve 1/4 cup of crumb mixture and press remaining in 13x9" baking pan. In large bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in condensed milk, add egg and vanilla. Pour over prepared crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and bake 325 f. for 25-35 minutes until set. Cool completely to room temperature on wire rack, refrigerate for 2 hours or longer. Cut into 24 squares
