Black Gold Pie
1 cup chocolate chips 3 medium eggs 1 cup white sugar 5-3/4 oz. evaporated milk 3/4 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup plain flour 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup white syrup 1 unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 325F. Combine sugar and flour. Add syrup, melted butter and milk. Beat eggs into mixture. Stir until blended and smooth, then add vanilla and mix. Pour chocolate chips into an unbaked pie crust and pour in mixture. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes. Cool and serve.
