Black Walnut Bread

1 Egg; beat
1 cup Brown sugar; pack
1 cup Milk
1 cup Black walnuts; chop
3 cup All-purpose flour
3 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Cinnamon

Mix egg, beaten, with sugar, milk, and chopped black walnuts; then blend in flour mixed with baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Spoon batter into a buttered bread pan and let stand 20 minutes before baking for one hour in a slow oven (325 F.). [Recipe can be used for other nut breads.]
